• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, device or household
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and associated winnings may be cancelled
• Each promotion has its own validity period; unused bonuses will be forfeited after expiry
• VIP cashback is provided on a weekly basis based on net losses

6.3 VIP Program

399 bat's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%) and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Cashback is calculated based on the total net losses for the week.

7.1 Bet Acceptance Conditions

• A bet is officially accepted only after bet confirmation
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled (except where a cash-out option applies)

• If a bet is not recorded due to a technical issue, it will be considered void

7.2 Event Cancellation Rules

7.3 Multi Bet

10.1 Closing Your Account

A user may request to close their account through customer support. All pending bets must be settled and wagering conditions must be met before the account is closed.

• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers
• Loss of account access due to the user's own negligence
